We cook paellas on site for 2 up to 80 people (up to 100 hundred if one type of paella is ordered) .

  • Sea and Mountain: shrimp, pork loin, chorizo and chicken
  • Seafood: shrimp, tuna fish, and squid
  • Mountain: pork loin, sausage and chicken
  • Vegetarian: mushrooms, green pepper, piquillo pepper, cauliflower, green peas, broccoli, Brussel sprout, onion, green bean,
  • Black: squid, tuna fish and shrimp cooked with squid ink
  • TGFM: Black beans from Del Carmen Foods, dry Cured Chorizo from Salume Beddu and Piquillo Peppers (sweet)


We also prepare Fideuà, a seafood dish which is similar to paella but with noodles instead of rice.
