We cook paellas and fideuá on site up to 200 people*.
- Sea and Mountain Paella: shrimp, pork tenderloin, chorizo and chicken
- Seafood Paella: shrimp and fish
- Bilbao Rice: pork tenderloin, breakfast links and bacon, Piquillo and green peppers
- Vegetarian Paella: mushrooms, green pepper, Piquillo pepper, cauliflower, green peas, broccoli, Brussel sprout, onion, green bean..
- Black Rice: squid and shrimp cooked with squid ink
- TGFM Rice: Black beans from Del Carmen Foods, dry Cured Chorizo from Salume Beddu and Piquillo Peppers (sweet)
- Seafood Fideuá: shrimp and fish cooked with cut fideos
